Our entry level course will prepare you for a variety of job roles and you will be trained by industry experts who will share their knowledge and practical experience. Once you’ve completed this course, you may be able to apply for employment as a Sales Assistant, Warehouse Assistant or a Picker/Packer.
This course will provide you with a hands-on understanding of what it means to work effectively in both the retail and warehousing industries and enable you to gain customer service and sales skills along with the ability to receive, pick and pack stock and participate in stocktaking activity. There is also an added focus on providing information about employer expectations to prepare you for employment.
